Therefore, bonprix provides employees, as well as any external third parties, with an electronic whistleblower portal. We encourage you to report potential violations of legal or internal regulations directly, confidentially, and, if desired, anonymously, at all times and worldwide.

Of course, our employees also have access to internal contacts on the topic of compliance.

Furthermore, there is the option to confidentially contact the Ombudsman of the Otto Group, who is also responsible for bonprix.

Every piece of information reported is reviewed systematically by qualified experts committed to confidentiality—this guarantees that no report leads to a hasty misjudgment or premature condemnation.

Whistleblowers will, of course, be protected. This is also part of our corporate culture. We believe that honest and open reports are essential to timely identifying, tracking, and, if necessary, taking remedial measures against violations.
